Kingslee Guest House has a locally renowned restaurant with 3 rooms above for visiting guests. This family run business is very friendly and eager to please.
It is set in a village atmosphere set back some 100metres from the road. The beach and beach shack (food by the same owners) is a walk of about 1.2 kilometres and a must of an evening to watch the sunset over a few drinks. Taxi’s are easy to get and inexpensive if walking is a problem.
The kitchen is equipped with sufficient facilities to train 3 couples at a time in the art of Goan cuisine. The resident chef will enthral you with a variety of local dishes which you will not find in the UK and are specific to Goan tradition.
The accommodation comprises of 3 rooms each on-suite with shower and a small kitchenette together with a fridge. They are all air-conditioned and open out onto a common balcony overlooking the restaurant, front garden and entrance.
The largest is a double bedded room; the second room is the same size but with twin beds; and the third is slightly smaller with twin beds. All rooms are similar and have a wardrobe, bedside units, chairs to relax in and a small TV showing local channels.
