Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking with Go Goa Holidays.
All bookings are made with Go Goa Ltd. By booking with us you are deemed to have agreed to these conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company) and your booking will be accepted on this basis. The services to be provided are detailed in your booking confirmation invoice.
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January 2010 until 31 December 2010.
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 to confirm your booking. If your booking is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by the Company in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Full payment of the balance of the holiday cost is due 4 weeks before the arrival date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
Before your holiday arrangements can be confirmed you must provide all the details on the booking form. This must be received at the latest with the balance of the holiday payment.
The Company may cancel the holiday at any time up to four weeks before arrival. In addition a holiday booking may be cancelled at any time prior to arrival if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events beyond our control, it is not advisable or possible for a safe holiday to be operated. If the Company cancels a holiday up to 4 weeks before arrival you may expect a full refund. If cancellation takes place within 4 weeks of arrival, a refund will only be made if the cancellation is as a result of events which are within the Company’s control. In the event of a cancellation, Go Goa Ltd is not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.

Transport to and from Goa; Passports or Visa costs; drinks, refreshments and additional food whilst at the Guest House which are payable locally; trips excursions or extra travel requirements.
You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate Indian visa. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond you stay in India. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to India because you lack the correct passport or visa. You should allow sufficient time for this visa to be granted. You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance which, at a minimum, provides cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also strongly recommend you also cover cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Business Co-ordinators is our local Goan travel partner. You will be offered tours, trips and events by our partner when you are in Goa. These additional excursions are not part of your cooking holiday and are not covered by these terms and conditions.
Go Goa Limited shall not be liable for any damage or loss if the failure to carry out the contract is
Due to an event which the Company, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.
In other circumstances Go Goa Ltd is responsible to you for the proper performance of this contract.
These terms and conditions form an implicit part of a contract written under English law. Any disputes will be dealt with in England under
English law.
